What you get

01 Your customers

Your customers, not theirs

When someone orders through your site you know their name, their email, what they ordered and when. That’s a repeat customer you can reach — not a platform account you’re renting.

02 Your bank account

Money straight to your bank

You use your own payment provider — Stripe, Square, SumUp or similar — and payouts land in your business account on your provider’s normal schedule. No waiting for a platform to settle and no deductions you can’t see on the statement.

03 Any device

Runs on what you already have

Customers order from their phone on the sofa; you take the ticket on a tablet, phone, or a printer that prints each order as it comes in. No new expensive till system required.

Honest comparison

On 400 orders a month, you keep roughly £2,500 more.

Same trade both ways: 400 orders a month at £20 each — £8,000 of food either way.

Same trade both ways: 400 orders a month at £20 each — £8,000 of food either way.
Route Fees a month You keep
Your own site £40/mo + 30p per online or phone order £360 £7,640
Just Eat, delivered by Just Eat 30% + VAT, the rate most takeaways pay £2,880 £5,120

Our £360 is £160 to us and about £200 to your own card processor — typically 1.5% + 20p a transaction, paid to them, not to us. On a marketplace that processing is already inside the commission. The 30% is Just Eat’s commission when their riders deliver; Uber Eats charges the same, and Deliveroo is quote-only but sits in the same band. If you deliver yourself, Just Eat charges 14% + VAT instead: £1,344 a month on the same orders, still £984 more than your own site. There is no percentage of your takings anywhere in our price.

How you go live

Menu in, orders out — usually inside a week.

The aim is your first online order inside a week. It doesn’t have to be a big project.

  1. 01

    Gather the menu

You send the current menu with prices and any options (sizes, extras, sauces). We build every item into the system so ordering is quick and mistakes are hard to make.

  2. 02

    Payments and delivery zones

You open (or already have) a merchant account with your payment provider of choice — Stripe, Square and SumUp all take about ten minutes — and we plug it in. If you deliver, we set collection-only or postcode-based delivery zones with per-zone fees or minimums.

  3. 03

    Train and go live

One short training session on taking orders — usually a tablet in the kitchen or a printer wired up. We stay in touch through the first week to smooth off anything awkward.

Clear starting prices

A fair setup, then genuinely small ongoing costs.

No hidden processing markup. No lock-in. Cancel with a month’s notice if it isn’t working for you.

Custom / multi-site

Quoted

Multiple locations, table ordering, integration with an existing till, or a bespoke look.

  • Per-site or per-branch setup
  • In-restaurant table QR ordering option
  • EPOS or accounting integration where feasible
  • Plugged into your own till: 30p per online order only
  • Custom design work
  • Migration from existing platform
  • Managed rollout across locations
Talk about your setup

Card processing goes to your provider, not us: a typical UK Stripe, Square or SumUp rate is around 1.5% + 20p per card transaction and lands directly in your business bank account. We don’t sit in the middle of that, and switching processor later is your decision, not ours.

How you pay: 50% of the £795 setup before work begins, and the balance on completion. The £40/mo and 30p per order start only from the day your ordering site goes live.

Too busy to answer the phone in the rush?

Our AI Receptionist picks up when nobody in the kitchen can. It tells callers your opening hours and delivery area, points them to your ordering site, and takes a name, number and message for anything that needs you. It doesn’t take the food order itself. £100 setup, then from £20/mo.

Good to know

Straight answers.

Can I still take orders over the phone?

Yes. Staff key phone orders into the same order screen, so they print and show alongside the online ones, at 30p each as above. If the phone rings when nobody can answer it, our AI Receptionist can pick up, give your hours and delivery area, point callers to your ordering site and take a message.

Which orders does the 30p fee apply to?

If you take orders through our system, it is 30p for each online or phone order; orders taken in store at the counter are free. If we plug your online orders into your existing till or EPOS instead, it is 30p for each online order only. There is no percentage commission either way.

Can I still be on Just Eat as well?

Yes — a lot of shops keep the platform for discovery of new customers, and push every repeat customer to their own site with a card or a QR sticker on the bag. The commission still costs you, but at least the second order is yours.

What about the delivery driver?

This service builds the ordering side. If you deliver in-house we set up your zones and fees. If you use a third-party delivery firm (Stuart, gophr etc.) we can wire in the handoff on request, or you can dispatch manually.

Which payment providers do you support?

Stripe, Square and SumUp are the three most common for small UK businesses — all three are easy to set up, all three pay out to a normal UK business bank account. If you already have a merchant account somewhere else (a bank’s own gateway, Worldpay, Global Payments etc.) we’ll wire that in instead — it’s your merchant relationship, not ours to change.

Is there a contract?

Rolling monthly. One month’s notice to cancel. The setup fee is a one-off and non-refundable once the site is live.

What if the site is quiet at first?

It usually is — customers need to be told it exists. We include a launch pack: a QR-code sticker for takeaway bags, a “we’re now on our own site” social post, and a first-order discount code you can put out.
