Can you fly over any property?

Not always. Flights depend on airspace restrictions, site access, weather, proximity to people and buildings, and local permissions. We check all of this before confirming every booking.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety and image quality come first. If conditions are unsuitable, we’ll rearrange the shoot for the next suitable date at no extra charge.

Do I need to be there on the day?

Usually not, as long as access and the required shots have been agreed in advance. For surveys, it can be useful to have someone available to discuss specific areas of concern.

How quickly will I receive my images?

Most photography and survey jobs are delivered within 2–3 business days. Faster turnaround is available as an add-on where scheduling allows.

Do you cover areas outside Wiltshire?

Based in Salisbury, we regularly cover Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset. On-site visits within 15 miles of Salisbury have no mileage charge. Further out, we charge 55p a mile for the distance beyond 15 miles, there and back — so a visit 20 miles away adds £5.50.
