How changes work
Before we engage a new sub-processor or replace an existing one, we list the change under Upcoming changes below, with the date it takes effect, at least fourteen (14) days beforehand. A client may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within that period, as set out in clause 8 of the Data Processing Agreement. Each sub-processor is bound by a written contract with data protection obligations no less protective than ours.
